Concept
The inspiration for your home .
This is an overview of design style for the project will be proposed and several design ideas are put forward for your consideration based on your brief, with the use of Images, colours, textures etc.
Design Development
The selected concepts and choices are refined and developed into a more detailed format.You will now be presented with mood boards, furniture layouts and fabric sample. In order to define the scale and proportions of the internal spaces Hand-drawn impressions, mood boards, elevations, and floor plans are fundamental to the proposal and help visualisation of the proposed scheme. Bringing a design to reality is a wonderful process and visual aids are an essential part of design development.
Working Drawings & Evaluation
The finally selected items are transformed into working drawings in preparation for the works to commence .In this way style, scale and proportions are illustrated and a clear indication of how the space can be utilised. Supporting sketches would be produced to show each area/room as a whole, including elevations of walls, sketches of proposed window treatments, furnishing, cabinetry, lighting, carpets and floor plans. We will now complete all specification , costings and final budgets and finalise any adjustments.
Design Fee
For all of the above and prior to commencing work there is a design fee either per room or per project. There are different methods we work with to suit each client which we will discuss with you.
Implementation & project co-ordination
Once you are completely satisfied with the design we will implement the project to the smallest detail. Our team ensure that schedules are strictly adhered to. Working closely with relevant craftsmen, suppliers and subcontractors ensure that each stage of the project is carried out to the highest possible standards and to your complete satisfaction.
